I’ve located similar products on a competitor’s website that are less expensive. why should i purchase from displayhut?
Our hope is that you prefer to work with us knowing we offer excellent customer service and a quality product that isn’t printed and shipped from overseas. we cannot speak to the quality of a competitor’s product, but you can assume that you’ll be 100% satisfied with ours.
Do you offer set up?
We do not currently offer installation services, but most of our displays can be set up within minutes by a single person. we do recommend 2 or more people for assembly of our more complex booths. while instructions will be provided as part of your shipment, we recommend you take a look at our downloadable instructions, spec sheets, and videos (if applicable). if you are still having trouble deploying any of our products, please feel free to give us a call (760.522.2480).
How should i design my product?
We recommend your design be uploaded as a pdf, in full vector format if possible. be sure to use our templates, which are available for download on any given product page. if you have additional questions about design, we’d be happy to assist you. please call us (760.522.2480) or e-mail us (info@displayhut.com).
Will i receive a proof before my order is sent to product?
Yes! once you upload artwork, we typically send proofs to the e-mail listed on the order with 2-3 hours. please be on the lookout and let us know if everything looks good before we start printing your item.
Can you match the specific pantone color(s) associated with my branding?
Within reason, yes…while it’s difficult to ensure a 100% match, we feel confident you’ll be satisfied with the ultimate color produced by our printers.
Can you design my product for me?
You bet! simply click “request a quote for design”, which is located near the “upload artwork” field. our design time is very experienced and will work with you on a personal level to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product
What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround times vary and are listed near the price of any given product. they are estimated for qty 1 of any given product; additional time may be needed to fabricate a larger order. it is recommended that you allow an additional day or two in order to ensure your product is received prior to your event. please note...turnaround times do not include design or shipping time. expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
I need my product sooner than i anticipate receiving it, based on your stated turnaround time. can anything be done?
Yes! we offer rush design services and expedited shipping. if you’re working within a tight deadline, please call us (760.522.2480) so we can do everything in our power to meet your needs.
Do you have fabric care sheets and/or material fire certificates?
Yes we do. please e-mail us (info@displayhut.com) if these are needed.
What sort of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 5 year warranty on our displays (hardware only), and a 1 year warranty on graphics.
An item is missing from my shipment, or my product is damaged/missing parts. now what?
Have your order number ready and call us (760.522.2480) as soon as possible.
I am interested in purchasing a large quantity of displays. do you offer bulk discounts?
